Brian Brennan
Brian Brennan is an experienced business professional who has successfully held executive positions in the manufacturing and product distribution industries. In the course of his executive leadership he has experienced firsthand the challenges of building individuals and teams following acquisition integrations and internal restructuring of operations, injecting life and focus into stalled initiatives and developing teams of people. The strategic development of people and businesses has been a focus for Brian throughout his career.
Brian specializes in the development of leadership teams and individuals. He brings with him over twenty-five years of experience in designing and implementing strategic initiatives focused on leadership development in organizations including executive and functional business teams.
Specific initiatives have included computer system selection and implementations, business process improvements, business operational turnaround, personal leadership development, management team building, professional sales training and mentoring strategic growth in SMEs (small and medium enterprises). Brian recognizes that it is through the development of leadership qualities in individuals and teams that organizational success can be achieved.
Drawing from his business experience and strong facilitation skills, he develops initiatives that are focused on bringing personal and organizational performance to higher levels.
Brian is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Management Consultant. He has an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Brock University.
He is actively involved in the local community as a volunteer in various capacities including local charitable and non profit organizations.
Brian is active with tennis and golf and can be found fishing on a good bass lake in the summer.
