Don is an executive business coach and advisor specializing in helping clients achieve peak levels of professional and personal achievement and success. Don focuses on each client’s individual requirements, helping them attain clarity of purpose, direction, and priorities, and to stay on track to achieve their goals.

Don has over 35 years of experience in business leadership and development including: executive leadership and management, team development and leadership, client relationship management, strategic account management, sales methodologies and management, marketing management, project management, research, strategic planning, change management, economics, and communications. Don is very experienced in the challenges and opportunities of achieving peak levels of business performance, and brings this knowledge to the forefront in working with his clients.

Don has been an active member of the Saskatoon business community for over 14 years, establishing Onyva Management Consulting Inc. in 2008 to deliver his mission of enhancing opportunities in Saskatoon and area. Don is an executive coach and group Chair affiliated with TEC Canada (The Executive Committee) and is a certified business coach affiliated with FocalPoint International Canada. He is a member of the International Coaches Federation (ICF) and the Prairie Professional Coaches Association (PPCA). He is a member of the Canadian Professional Sales Association (CPSA), The North Saskatoon Business Association (NSBA), The Greater Saskatoon Chamber of Commerce and is a Director with the Saskatchewan Better Business Bureau.

Don was born and raised in Canada, has lived in Manitoba, Ontario and Saskatchewan and has worked extensively in all regions of Canada.
