Gerry Faust
Dr. Faust is President of Faust Management Corporation, a San Diego based management consulting firm which specializes in providing products and services to businesses worldwide. He has had a distinguished career as an entrepreneur, business owner, consultant, scientist and academician. Dr Faust was named TEC Canada Speaker of the Year (U.S.) in 2010.
Dr. Faust started his career as a professor at the University of Illinios, spent 3 years in the U.S.Army and in 1971, founded Courseware, Inc. developing it into one of the largest research, development and consulting firms in the areas of training and training technology. In 1979, he moved to Chairman of Courseware and became the Senior Partner and President of The Adizes Institute where he built a worldwide management consulting firm. In 1983 he founded Faust Management Corporation.
He was co-founder and Chairman of Bionicare Medical Technologies, the developer of a revolutionary FDA-approved device for treating Osteo and Rheumatoid Arthritis, and later President of Veterinary Science Innovation, which adapted the Bionicare technology for the treatment of dogs and horses.
Dr. Faust has been a consultant to a broad range of business, professional and governmental organizations. His work with companies has included major organizational change programs and consulting for large companies including: Domino's Pizza, American Airlines, Zurich North America, Wells Fargo, Bank of America (U.S.A.); SKF (Sweden); Ciba - Geigy, Sauder Industries (Canada); Sologlas (United Kingdom); O'Brien Glass, Competitive Foods, Sportsgirl, Sportscraft (Australia), Saudi Medicare (Saudi Arabia) and Socoil (Malaysia). But his favorite clients are small-mid sized, generally privately held companies, where he believes his work can have the greatest and most rapid effect on a business’s success.
Dr. Faust is a thought leader who’s not afraid to get his hands dirty managing a business. He specializes in creating methods, approaches, tools, training and systems that help create the insights, and changes which allow businesses, their leaders and mangers to succeed. An executive coach and advisor to many Chief Executives, he has designed and implemented executive education programs delivered live and on line. His programs have been used to create business and cultural turnaround, build teamwork and focus, fuel rapid growth, and assist in critical corporate transitions.
