Gina Mollicone-Long is an international best-selling author, compelling speaker and serial entrepreneur with the mission to reveal greatness in individuals, teams and organizations. She is the co-founder and CEO of The Greatness Group, a multi-national training and team building company based in the U.S. and Canada. She has a breadth of corporate experience that ranges from giants such as Procter & Gamble to high-tech incubators, small start-ups and even the non-profit sector. Her formal training includes a degree in Engineering from the University of Toronto with a thesis in Optimizing Process Design & Performance. As well, she is a certified Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnosis, Time Line Therapy™ and NLP Coaching. Gina is an enthusiastic supporter, donor and volunteer with the Canadian Women's Foundation and the Canadian Athletes Now Fund.
