Jeff Bowman
Jeff Bowman, the A (Attitude) in The Marketing Pad provides high quality business coaching, planning, training and speaking in the areas of Sales, Marketing, Leadership, Interpersonal Communication, Conflict Management and limiting stress in the workplace.
Jeff spent 20 years in the Corporate environment where he held various Executive Management positions such as National Training Manager and Customer Service Manager with Hilti Canada, National Sales Manager with Azerty Wholesale, National SAP Consultant Manager with Datahorse Inc and Director of Operations for LMI Inc.
Jeff has been a keynote speaker for the Construction Safety Association’s Annual Meeting, the Canadian Coffee Association and the Lion’s Club of Canada’s Southern Ontario AGM. Jeff is a published author, professional speaker and humorist.

• Mentored Summer Company students at Brampton and Mississauga Business Enterprise Centre since 2003.
• Mentored six Professional Business people in the Winter SBEC Mentor Program.

• Participated in the Business Round Table for Ontario’s Minister Harinder Takhar.
• Past Chair on the Brampton Board of Trade’s Business Development Committee.
• Served as a volunteer Business Speaker to High Schools in Peel for Work Experience and Entrepreneurship Key Note speaker for SBEC’s Energize Event – Fuel for the Entrepreneurial Mind.
• Coached Brampton Minor Hockey as well as both Box and Field Lacrosse for the past 10 years. Written many published articles on Sales, Marketing and Business.
Jeff has written several articles on sales and development for trade magazines over the last 2 years, as well as being the educational director for a large networking association. Jeff brings a simple and humorous approach to developing creativity in employees.
His experience in a wide variety of markets as well as jobs ranging from Director of Operations to Mechanical installations to Chef-trainee, provide a wide base of knowledge for his creative approaches. Participants of his creative workshops have produced many success stories in their businesses and personal lives using his creative idea-generating framework.
Jeff is married with two boys in university and remains active in hockey and lacrosse. His goal is to assist in the development of smaller businesses and the skill sets of those people who work for them.
