Many thanks to first responders
TEC Canada is deeply grateful to the citizens of Vancouver who acted as first responders, risking their lives to assist all those who were passengers – TEC members and pilots – in the Vancouver plane crash of Thursday, October 27th. As first responders, their help and quick efforts were critical at saving so many lives. We extend our sincerest condolences to the family and loved ones of pilot, Luc Fortin, and co-pilot, Matt Robic.
TEC Canada is a leadership development organization that works with entrepreneurs to help them develop their leadership abilities and businesses. The plane was enroute to Vernon where members were gathering for a business retreat, an annual activity and part of our leadership training model.
The TEC community has been very supportive with many, many offers of help. This is the first time we have experienced a situation like this in our 25-plus year history, and are offering our full support to all members involved.
