Davis is managing partner of Marvin A Davis Inc. and has been CEO of more than 100 public and private firms. He is the author of four published works: "The Profit Prescription" (audio), "Turnaround" (book), and the audio series "The Turnaround Formula" as well as his most recent book "TAKE NO PRISONERS."
Davis has spoken to more than 200 TEC groups in the U.S. and Canada. He has been a consultant for more than 30 years and has been acting CEO for over 100 companies in the US, Europe, Australia, and Asia. He has been published/quoted in a variety of newspapers and journals, and appeared on CNBC, CNN, Bloomberg TV and radio.
Davis has served on over 25 boards of directors, including public and private companies, and is a founding member of the Turnaround Management Association. He is a CTP (certified turnaround professional).
