Stephanie Shipper
Stephanie Shipper is president of Expert Outcomes and internationally Certified Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, NLP. She is an expert trainer and coach with 25 years experience training executives and senior account managers to develop long-lasting customer relationships, build customer trust and brand loyalty, diplomatically negotiate and effectively resolve conflicts through applying Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
NLP is required cross-cultural communications training for all UN diplomats, as well as 70 percent of Fortune 500 executives. NLP represents one of the most effective techniques for achieving consistently successful outcomes in business. Some of Stephanie's clients have included U.S. Army Peacekeeping Forces, Quintiles Inc, Environmental Protection Agency, the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences, the North Carolina Bar Association.
Stephanie has provided more than 8000 hours of training, coaching and consulting services for corporations and governmental agencies throughout the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. She is an expert in sales, excellent communication and personal/group presentation skills. She teaches the ability to resolve issues arising in cross-cultural interactions. Quintiles Inc. chose Stephanie as a consultant/trainer for their Leadership 100 Series, providing training nationwide in diplomacy skills, contract negotiation, management of employees and excellent customer service.
She has served for the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences, performing assessments, crisis interventions, staff analyses with top scientists and their laboratory staff. Stephanie has also worked with top leaders in the Office of Government Affairs/Procurement and the Center for Bio-environmental Research, delivering training in customer relations/negotiation, fund raising, assessments of staff and team-building for Tulane University in New Orleans. In addition, she has provided training in audience/customer relations and presentation skills for National Public Radio and many national television appearances as well as negotiation skills for book contracts for authors of two New York Times best sellers.
Stephanie received her bachelor's degree in psychology from Goddard College in Plainfield, VT. She is a Certified Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), training with eight leading experts, nationally and internationally for 2000 hours, over a period of eight years. As a Certified Master Practitioner and Modeler of NLP, Stephanie was mentored by Dr. Wyatt Woodsmall in Peak Performance modeling. Dr. Woodsmall modeled expert strategies with the U.S. Olympic Diving Team and the U.S. Army. She has also had 200 clinical hours of training and supervision in Gestalt Therapy.
