Forum for Emerging Leaders
The Aspire Forum is a pilot initiative that will allow young leaders to realize their vision for the future of Canadian business and embolden their role in shaping it.
The program is designed to help members accelerate into a role within their company as a senior executive, and ultimately, as CEO. Aspire will give high-potential emerging leaders assistance with career planning, work life balance, goal and value discovery, as well as accountability for key actions.
Tomorrow’s leaders need the same mentoring as CEOs and presidents. As they close gaps in leadership and accelerate into positions with greater responsibility, Aspire will provide members with structure, learning and accountability.
