Since 1957, TEC has been dedicated to "Increasing the effectiveness and enhancing the lives of Chief Executives."
Vision
The vision of TEC is to be the pre-eminent development organization for CEOs internationally and to be widely recognized for our positive impact on responsible business leadership and performance.

TEC is based on core values:
- Absolute confidentiality of information exchanged or received. Nothing discussed in a TEC group ever goes outside that meeting.
