As President of TEC Canada, I am pleased to continue building the company that our founder Dr. Lynn Tanner has so successfully established. TEC’s legacy of achievement and foundation of success provides the platform on which to launch our bold vision for preparing Canadian leaders and companies for success in the current global business village.
When I took the role of President, I did so because I am deeply committed to the TEC learning model, having witnessed its power as Chair for six years and member for ten. Time-tested and proven, our model is composed of three strategic pillars:
- Our confidential learning forums, each chaired by an accomplished business leader and mentor.
- Enrichment in every forum through a continual infusion of new and innovative business thought.
- Experience a global vision through our premier affiliate, Vistage International.

This is TEC Canada’s fundamental tenet, driving our leadership and business development model, captured in our business motto “CEO’s working together”.
