The Confidential Forum

At the heart of the TEC experience is the confidential forum. The culture of collegial respect and trust allows you to speak freely, exchanging ideas and opinions or airing issues and concerns. Feedback is forthright and honest as you and your group members hold each other accountable for the success of your businesses.

The trust and confidentiality that develops in each forum is impressive. Members have undergone major corporate mergers and the only colleagues who knew were their legal counsel and their entire forum of TEC colleagues.

Comprised of no more than sixteen of your business peers, each forum offers diverse and unbiased perspectives intended to help you succeed. Your group is chaired by an accomplished business leader who acts as expert facilitator, trusted advisor and one-to-one mentor.

Meeting with your TEC group each month is an opportunity to revitalize your sense of purpose each month. You are connecting with a group of high-calibre individuals that you know and trust, who share your drive to succeed. TEC groups consist of a maximum of 16 business leaders from non-competing industries who meet once a month for a full day of completely confidential sessions.
