TEC CEO Program (TEC) Designed for chief executives, presidents and business owners running SME businesses, the TEC CEO Program will energize you with fresh perspectives and new solutions. |

TEC Roundtable Program (TRT) Tailored to the particular challenges of leaders running emerging organizations, the TEC Roundtable Program sharpens members' focus on strategy and growth. |

ASPIRE - TEC Young Professionals Program (TAP) The ASPIRE Program is for young professionals who are committed to their long-term personal and professional development. |

The Sage Program The Sage Program is designed for CEOs, presidents, business owners and senior executives transitioning to a new phase of life. Enrich family and quality of life. Maintain an active interest in business, travel and the economy. |
Program advantages include: - Up to eight days a year of confidential forum meetings held four times a year with up to 12 Sage members and TEC Alumni, professionally facilitated by your Sage Group Chair. - Semi-annual, one and a half to two-hour one-to-one coaching sessions with your Sage Group Chair. - Up to two opportunities each year to engage with TEC expert speakers through interactive workshops. |
